Tom Bingham is one of the northwest’s most respected aviation accident, complex product liability, and wrongful death attorneys. Tom has represented clients in litigation involving aviation accidents occurring in various jurisdictions throughout the United States, Canada and Europe, and has tried dozens of major cases throughout the United States.
Tom obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Whitman College and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association) and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). Tom is a contributing author for the Washington Civil Procedure Deskbook and is frequently invited to lecture in the area of Aviation Law. He is a past president of the Aviation Section of the King County Bar Association.
